CAREFULLY. DOCUMENTATION: Tour participant(s) must have a valid passport. At the time of publication, no visa is required for U.S. and Canadian citizens. Panama requires a Tourist Card. Documentation and visa requirements are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the traveler to be aware of and secure all necessary entry requirements. AUTOMOBILE RENTAL: Minimum age for automobile rental in most countries of Central America is 25 years. Persons renting a vehicle must hold a valid driving license and must provide a security deposit to the vehicle rental company to cover the cost of insurance deductibles. All rental vehicles are subject to availability. A different make or model of a similar category may be substituted if the requested vehicle is not available. RESERVATIONS PAYMENTS: Full payment is required at the time of booking. No booking is final until full payment has been received and tickets have been issued. Prices are subject to fluctuation until such time as tickets and vouchers have been issued and the booking is final. Checks must be made payable to Capricorn Leisure Corp., or to the travel agent of the Participant(s) who in turn must pay Capricorn Leisure Corp. Any person or entity who receives monies from Participant(s) (including travel agent(s)) does so strictly as an agent for the Participant(s). When payment is made by credit card, Participant(s) waive any charge back rights. Unless otherwise clearly stated in writing, all prices in or relating to this brochure or website are per person based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. At any time Capricorn Leisure Corp. may decline, for any reason, any person(s) as participant(s) on a trip (or option) whereupon Capricorn Leisure Corp.’s only obligation shall be to refund to such person(s) that portion of payment allocable to the unused service. Capricorn Leisure Corp. reserves the right to re-invoice Participant(s) in case of an error in computing of tour price. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS TO LAND ARRANGEMENTS: There is a $100 per person charge for changes after the initial booking of land arrangements. No refund will be made for cancellation(s). After the initial booking there is a $35 per person charge for any revisions to the land portion of the program requested by the customer each time such a request is made. In addition, there is a $150 per SEAT charge for changes made to air reservations prior to issuance of tickets. There is absolutely NO REFUND after air tickets have been issued. Capricorn Leisure Corp. strongly recommends that Participant(s) arrange for travel protection/cancellation/health/accident/baggage insurance to cover any and all possible losses. REFUND ON LAND ARRANGEMENTS: No refund will be made for any unused portion of the trip for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to nonuse of such arrangements through missed flights or connections, airline overbooking or flight cancellation, adverse weather conditions or any other reason whatsoever beyond the control of Capricorn Leisure Corp. SEQUENCE OF ITINERARY: Capricorn Leisure Corp. reserves the right to alter the sequence of itineraries at its own discretion for any reason. AIR TRANSPORTATION: Bulk Rate or other Special Rate Airfare(s) can be booked only in conjunction with one of Capricorn Leisure Corp.'s land packages. Reservations must be made and tickets purchased a minimum of 7 days prior to departure and are subject to availability. Changes to reservations are permitted prior to the issuance of tickets only, at a charge of $150 per person. Once issued, tickets are nonrefundable and non-changeable. Once travel commences, any changes made by the passenger during his/her trip will require the purchase of another ticket at the applicable economy fare for the entire journey. Fares are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until ticketed. Capricorn Leisure Corp. is not responsible for cancellation or other penalties imposed by airlines. Tickets or Electonic Ticketswill be issued by Capricorn Leisure Corp. up to 10 days prior to departure unless booking is made within that time frame, in which case tickets will be issued within two business days of receipt of payment which must arrive on the next business day following reservation. Failure to check in at least two hours prior to departure may result in denied boarding and no refund will be granted. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Please check with your air carrier for exact baggage allowance. Purely as a guideline the following may apply: Economy Class: two pieces of check-in baggage, but neither piece may exceed 62 inches (157cm) nor the weight of each bag exceed 50 pounds. In addition, every passenger may have one carry-on bag not to exceed dimensions of 45 inches (114cm). Carry-on bag must fit beneath one aircraft seat and not exceed 40lbs. On some small aircraft used for transfers, baggage allowance is restricted to a maximum of 25lbs. per person. Luggage travels at the risk of the passenger. Luggage protection Insurance is strongly recommended. Baggage allowances are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of the air carrier. Check with your carrier prior to travel. RATES: Rates as published do not necessarily correspond to the published rates of the respective establishments and/or services. Capricorn Leisure Corp. has included a markup for planning, handling, communications and operation. ACCOMMODATIONS: Unless otherwise stated, costs are per person and are based on two persons sharing a hotel room. Substitute hotels may be used at Capricorn's discretion but will be of similar category whenever possible. NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE: Passport and visa fees, departure taxes, hotel taxes, service charges, laundry, wines, sodas, liquors, mineral waters, tips to maids and waiters, luggage handling, and any service not specifically mentioned. RESPONSIBILITY: Capricorn Leisure Corp. and/or their agents declare all tickets, vouchers and coupons issued by them and all arrangements made by them AS AGENTS FOR THE PASSENGER upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, act of terrorism, irregularity, upset, disappointment, whether physical or mental, acts of God or any other event which may occur by any reason whatsoever including but not limited to defect in any vehicle or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith of any hotel proprietor or employee. Capricorn Leisure Corp. and/or their agents can accept no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, cancelled flights, overbooking(s), defaults, sickness, weather, strikes, political instability, acts of war, quarantine, acts of God, cancelled flights or any other causes whatsoever. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Baggage and small articles (coats, etc.) are at the owner's risk throughout the tour. Air carriers and other transportation companies whose services are featured in these tours are not to be held responsible for any act, cancellation, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyance. The passenger contract in use by these companies shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the tour participant(s) for these tours and/or passage and/or services. Capricorn Leisure Corp. may at any time decline, for any reason, any person as a participant on a trip (or Option) whereupon Capricorn Leisure Corp.’s only obligation shall be to refund to the participant that portion of payment allocable to the unused services. FORUM FOR DISPUTES: Participant(s) and Capricorn Leisure Corp. agree to resolve any dispute in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York State. Capricorn Leisure Corp. is not responsible for errors and omissions. All prices quoted by Capricorn Leisure Corp. are subject to availability and
